Had spent a few days looking for a cheap runabout for my Dad. Contacted Matthew about a Suzuki SX4 that was in Autotrader. He was really helpful, re contacted us when he said he would, stuck to the appointment that we made, described the car accurately and when we arrived for the test drive, he allowed us to have a proper run in the vehicle on our own. No pressure, no fuss and a simple, straightforward deal. Would recommend.

Having been very pleased with the pre sales attention from Robinson Cars, we noticed a rumble from a wheel bearing of our Subaru Forester after we collected the car. They arranged for a local Subaru specialist to inspect and replace the wheel bearing. The car is now spot on. On ordering the car it was valeted, serviced including aircon regas and MOTd I can highly recommend this honest and honourable Auto Trader.

Great service. Even came to pick me up so I could collect the car. Couple of minor issues afterwards that were sorted out quickly and professionally. Nice guy to deal with and I'd happily recommend them to anyone.

Went to view a Subaru Legacy on a Thursday evening, spoke to the sales person, told him i wanted shook hands on it, sat in the office, willing to do the deal. he told me to call back tomorrow with a settlement figure of my existing car even though i already had it with me. so we shook hands on the deal. I left the place only to get a text the next morning 11:24 he has now sold the car that we had shook a deal on. Bad sales Bad company stay well away lies upon lies.

Thank you for your review, we appreciate both good and bad comments. After letting failing to make your appointment on Tuesday evening we re-arranged for you to view the Subaru on Thursday, you intimated you would like the vehicle but 'forgot' that you had finance on your part-ex which you had not had long. It was suggested that due to the small value of loan you needed it would be more cost effective to put it on a credit card, which you were unable to do.It was left it with you to contact your finance company as the car was outside of the normal parameters for us to finance. At this point only rough figures had been mentioned as you did not have your settlement figure and at no point was there a handshake. The following day the car was sold and, as you say, out of courtesy we sent you a text to apologise that the car was no longer available. The quite abusive texts we received after that included you saying that you had raised the cash, but at no point were we made aware of this.

I bought a Subaru Forester from Robinson Cars in November 2017. Mathew was attentive and helpful, ensuring all my requests were met. Since November I had a couple of minor issues with the car which were immediately resolved without question at my convenience. Great customer service and I would recommend this garage to anyone.

Fair price, good quality car, close attention to detail and after sales service. Home delivery, tax, mot, small repairs and after sales follow-up. All taken care by Nigel from Robinson Cars. Defiantly recommended.
